Terms of Service
Last updated: October 28, 2026
By using the ChartBoom site or submitting an idea, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need a parent’s or guardian’s permission.
Submitting ideas
- Only submit ideas that are yours to share. Don’t include anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, defamatory, spam, links, or anyone’s private information.
- We review every idea. We may approve, edit, decline, or remove any idea, or credit you, at our discretion. Submitting doesn’t guarantee a video.
- Ideas are short concepts. When you submit one, you give ChartBoom a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use it, adapt it, and publish it, along with any name you gave, in any media, including monetized videos. You will not receive payment or any other compensation. Others may have sent similar ideas, and we may make videos on similar topics without credit.
- Submission limits (for example, 3 per day) and anti-spam checks apply.
“Skip the line”
The “Would you pay to skip the line?” question is only a survey. We are not offering a paid service right now and nothing is charged. If we ever launch one, it will come with its own terms.
Our content
ChartBoom videos, charts, logos, and site design belong to ChartBoom. You may share links to them. You may not re-upload them or pass them off as your own.
Chart data
Our charts are for entertainment, and many are comedic or fictional, such as “the weedwacker incident of ’01.” They are not financial, medical, legal, or other professional advice. Don’t rely on them for decisions.
Brand and collab inquiries
Messages sent to [email protected] don’t create any agreement until both sides sign one in writing.
Third-party platforms
Links to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook are covered by those platforms’ own terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the fullest extent the law allows, ChartBoom is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to $100.
Changes
We may update these terms. If you keep using the site after an update, that means you accept the new terms.
